Our Technicians Won’t Waste Your Time

Facility managers and property owners have enough demands on their time without the added hassle of walking new techs through building features they should already be aware of. We compile documents and maps of every property we work on so each tech who visits will know where to find ladder access, power panels and other features without requiring assistance from you or your staff.

  • A Low-Touch Experience Tailored to Your Preferences

We respect that every client has their preferred way of operating. Some facility managers want to be involved in service and receive in-depth assessments about the condition of their equipment, while others are seeking a low-touch service experience. We tailor our approach to accommodate your preferences.

  • Treating Properties With Respect

Commercial HVAC systems, like rooftop package units and split systems, are typically out of sight and out of mind. Cutting corners is surprisingly easy for commercial HVAC service providers because facility managers, property owners and other decision makers can’t see their systems and don’t have the expertise to check their service provider’s work.

We’ve observed the consequences of this first-hand. It’s not uncommon that the HVAC companies we replace have left trash, like old filters and replaced compressors, on roofs where clients can’t see them.

Laziness is not the Tom’s Commercial way. We respect your property and reward the trust placed in us by doing what’s right, even when a client might not see the results.

  • We Do What We Agree To

Unfortunately, it’s relatively easy for commercial heating and cooling service providers to neglect their maintenance clients. Facility managers have many obligations, and they don’t always notice when the company that sold them a quarterly maintenance program shows up only once per year.

At Tom’s Commercial, we treat our clients with the respect we would want to be shown were the situation reversed. We adhere to our agreements and perform the thorough, high-quality inspections and service you’re entitled to receive.
