    Rich has been president of Tom’s Commercial, Inc. since purchasing the business back in 1988. Rich is a U.S. Navy veteran, having served prior to beginning his business career with The Trammell Crow Companies in 1973. During the early years of his business career, Rich gained valuable experience overseeing industrial development in Tarrant County for 10 years. After selling back his interests to the company in 1983, Rich spent the next five years working in real estate and helping start a number of businesses, including Butler Construction, Inc., Ashton Party Rentals, and F. LaMont Sales. When he’s not working, Rich enjoys golfing, volunteering, and spending time with his wife, Rene’, their two grown sons, and one grandchild.

    Steve Roberts

    Steve has more than 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry, including significant experience in commercial service and installation. He has been serving as the Manager of Commercial Services at Tom’s Commercial, Inc. since June of 2018. Steve is dedicated to the principles that drive our business: strengthening relationships with our customers, helping our technicians develop and enhance their skills, and working to incorporate cutting-edge technologies (like Variable Refrigerant Flow) into our services.

    Chris Force

    Chris Force was brought on board with Tom’s in February 2019. Chris brings over 18 years of experience as a manager and salesman in the Commercial, Residential and Wholesale HVACR business. Chris is dedicated to building customer relationships and insuring that the customer is given the best recommendations on their HVACR needs. He is focused on adding Preventative Maintenance customers. Chris lives in Cleburne and is an avid golfer.

    Josh is the newest edition to the Tom’s Commercial Team. Bringing a background in sales and project coordination, Josh’s primary focus is scheduling Commercial Service repairs and providing accurate quotes in a timely manner.

    Amy has been with Tom’s Commercial for 12 years. As Service Coordinator, Amy oversees the day to day operations of all Service Technicians, handles all logistics for procurement of parts and materials, coordinates PSAs, customer Invoicing, and is the Direct Liaison to our service customers.

    For 20 years Deanna Barnes has been a mainstay at Tom’s Commercial. As the Installations Coordinator, Deanna is the go to person for all project scheduling, billings and field coordination. Deanna is an Integral part of the Installation Division sharing a common goal of getting the job done right and in a timely manner.
